Hardware Inventory report

The Hardware Inventory report provides a list of all or filtered devices for a customer, showing a selection of asset details. Use this report to easily and accurately track hardware assets in the customer's network. For example, you can use it to demonstrate any hardware improvements that customers need to make.

To generate a Hardware Inventory report

1. Go to Analytics > Dashboard > Reports.

2. Select the Hardware Inventory report.

   

3. Select your report criteria:

   Customer name: Select the customer(s) for the report.

   Device class: Select one or more of the device classes available to include in the report to limit the report to only specific device classes. All devices classes is the default.

   Device name: Select one or more devices to include in the report. All devices should be selected by default.

4. Click the Export button and select the report format. Click Schedule and Send to send the report later.
